Because of that, we offer flexibility to our customers when purchasing nursery stock (trees & shrubs) with our Double D Buy-Out Option. Here’s how it works:

Option 1: Purchase a tree or shrub at full price and we will offer the security of 100% guarantee for one year from the date of purchase. If your plant fails in the first year we will offer 100% replacement value good towards nursery stock only. The receipt, tag and tree or shrub must be presented to receive replacement nursery stock with no exceptions.

Option 2: If a warranty isn’t important to you, in lieu of our replacement guarantee, we will give you an immediate 18% discount off full price nursery stock (trees & shrubs). This is a one-time offer per plant with no guarantee applied. Please contact us with any questions regarding our guarantee.

At Cliff Avenue Greenhouse & Garden Center we guarantee our perennials at 50% replacement value for one year. Replacement credit of 50% of the purchase price of the plant is valid on nursery stock only. No refunds will be given. To qualify for replacement credit customer must present the original receipt, tag and plant with no exceptions.
